May's onion dressing
Farm Smart volunteer May King prepares this recipe daily in January and February as part of the winter visitor program. Use it as a salad dressing or vegetable dip.

2 cups vegetable or olive oil
1 medium onion, grated or chopped
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée.
