Antoinette's summer blueberry salad

Giusto Farms blueberry vinegar
Mixed spring lettuce
Fresh basil leaves
Cherry tomatoes (Toscano's mixed varieties)
Small pickling cucumbers unpeeled and thinly sliced
French oregano flowers
Fill clear glass salad bowl with spring mix lettuce. Add basil leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers and a generous amount of blueberries, toss.
Pour Giusto Farms blueberry vinegar and favorite seasoned olive oil over salad. Gently toss.
Garnish with French oregano flowers add another generous amount of blueberries. Lightly sprinkle with blueberry vinaigrette. Serve.
